If you are looking for the ideal combination of athletic challenges and a great weekend of sightseeing, Rome Marathon is the place to go! This wondeful race in the footsteps of the history of Rome takes place on Sunday 8th April at 8:40am and starts at on the Via dei Fori Imperiali in the shadow of the Coliseum, proceeds throught the city passing such famous landmarks as Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Saint Peter’s, Piazza Venezia and typical districts of the City.
