Original wooden ceilings, play of lights, transparencies and inserts of antique floors, beautiful decorative papers and exposed brick walls, nothing left to chance, everything appears to be designed with passion and crafted with precision.
Via del Boschetto, with its artisan shops, its avant-garde art and fashion, its delicious bars and clubs, is the main artery of Rione Monti, the charming district nestled between the Colosseum and Piazza Venezia. One of the rare areas of the centre where life seems to flow at a different pace, away from the hustle and bustle of the Capital, where people walk and greet each other, smiling, almost as if they were in a small province town. Street food, bakeries, trattorias and restaurants, along with small night clubs coexist together to give a memorable experience to even the most demanding.

Not included in apartment price: € 3.50 City tax per person per night and € 40 Cleaning fee per stay, they will be paid at check-in.

Check-in and check-out.
Any time between 2pm and 11pm on your arrival date, our standard check-out time is 10.30am. We will meet you in person at the apartment at agreed time. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and eventually a charge.

Smoking.
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the apartment.
Cleaning.
