The modern cut is smoothed by many elements, from the warm wooden floor, to the canopy around the bed, from the vintage refrigerator to the beautiful wall embellished by the dome of Sant’Ivo.
The location is perfect for exploring Rome and to live it to the maximum every second of your stay, whether for vacation or for work. Any area of the city centre is reachable on foot in few minutes, leaving total freedom of choice on what to explore, what to taste or what you want to live for the evening, such as a restaurant at the Pantheon, a trattoria in Campo de’ Fiori, a pizzeria in Trastevere, a gelato at the Trevi Fountain or just a simple walk to the Colosseum.

Prices are per apartment for the number of nights selected.
Not included in apartment price: € 3.50 City tax per person per night and € 40 Cleaning fee per stay, they will be paid at check-in.

Check-in and check-out.
Any time between 2pm and 11pm on your arrival date, our standard check-out time is 10.30am. We will meet you in person at the apartment at agreed time. Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and eventually a charge.

Smoking.
Guests are not permitted to smoke inside the apartment.
Cleaning.
